Delicious Chicken Casserole Recipe
What is on the menu today? Could it be a casserole?
- 4 large chicken breasts or 1 fryer
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 pkg. Pepperridge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup.
Boil chicken with no salt. Save 2 soup cans of chicken broth from the chicken. Pick chicken from bones. Melt the margarine, then mix stuffing mix with margarine. Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread layer of 1/2 of the stuffing mixture, then all of the chicken, then, all the soup mixture. Spread the remaining stuffing on top of the casserole, then bake.
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Bake 30 minutes.
